We are a large oil and gas services company which provides services and products that span the full cycle of drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention and we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team.

This position provides full service HR generalist support to our Balikpapan operations as well as providing support to other site locations as needed. A successful candidate will have experienced in a number of HR fields including providing advice and council to management, industrial relations, policy administration and project management. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, can work indepedently and will have a proven track record.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma
• At least 5 years experience in human resources
