PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions:


1. PEAT LAND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (PDS)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in developing of peat land operation for plantation with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements :

1. Max. 40 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
3. Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
4. Ready to be located in Kalimantan forestry operational site is a must.


2. SOCIAL, SECURITY, & LICENSE MANAGER (SSL-MGR)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements :

1. Max. 45 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.
3. Good relation with government & other social entities.
4. Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.


3. HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGIC SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in planning, designing, & implementing of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning, and Industrial Relation with strong leadership and organization skills. Work location at Balikpapan & Site Forestry.

Requirements :

1. Max. 45 years old.
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University
3. Min. 3 years experience as HR Superintendent in multinational company, preferable in manufacturing & forestry.
4. Good understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
5. Excellent communication & presentation skills.


4. PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in procurement-related system and activities such as purchasing, logistic, inventory, and store for heavy equipment, truck, chip mill construction and operation, etc. and employees development with strong leadership and organization skills. Work location at Balikpapan.

Requirements :

1. Max. 45 years old.
2. Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferable in Engineering.
3. Min. 3 years experience as Procurement Superintendent.
4. Competent in managing data/statistic.
5. Expert in SAP.


5. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (EO)

The successful candidate will be an expert in monitoring, auditing, and reporting of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries.

Requirements :

1. Max. 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment.
3. Min. 2 years experience as Environmental Officer at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries, or manufacturing.


6. TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (TOTR)

The successful candidate will be an expert in developing material of Truck (Volvo, Hino, Iveco, etc.) operation training, identifying training needs, reducing number of Truck accident, recruiting the Truck operators; SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for Truck operators, with strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Requirements :

1. Max. 35 years old.
2. Min. SLTA with min. 5 years experience as Truck Operation Trainer.
3. Skilled in operating various Truck.
4. Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts.


General Requirements :

1. English and computer literated.
2. High motivation, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality
3. Willing to work at Site Forestry, Kenangan, PPU-East Kalimantan (point 2, 5, & 6).
