1. SOCIAL SECURITY & LICENSE MANAGER (SSL-MGR)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements :

1. Age max. 45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
3. Good Government & Social Relations
4. Min. 5 years in a similar position.
5. Work location at Kenangan, Balikpapan & Site Forestry.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGIC SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements :

1. Age max. 45 years old.
2. Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
3. Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
4. Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
5. Good communication & presentation.
6. English and computer literacy are a must.
7. Work location at Balikpapan & Site Forestry.

3. PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Procurement System and Activities such as Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory and store for Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR), Chip Mill Etc. and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. Requirements :

1. Age max. 45 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/ /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3. Minimum 3 years experienced as Procurement Superintendent.
4. Competent in managing data/statistic.
5. Enjoy working with numbering & detail.
6. Expert in SAP system.
7. Based in Balikpapan.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (EO)

The successful candidate will be expert handle monitoring, audit and report of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries.
Requirements :

1. Age max. 35 years old.
2. Graduated S1 degree Majoring Forestry/Agronomy/Environment
3. Minimum 2 years experience as Environmental Officer at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries or manufacturing.
4. Willing to work in Site Forestry, Kenangan, PPU-East Kalimantan.


General Requirements :

1. English and computer literacy are a must.
2. High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
