Field Service Supervisor

International Company which supplies high quality mining equipment to the mining industry through out Indonesia. We currently have a position available for a Field Service Supervisor based in Balikpapan. In this role the successful candidate will report directly to the Workshop Coordinator.
Requirements:

• Min.of 5 years experience in mine related industries.
  
• Proven competency in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Trades with suitable qualifications that indicate the ability to fulfill the requirements of this high profile position.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the English language would be an advantage.
• Be able to work alone with minimal Supervision at various site locations.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and Part Books.
• Organize a number of project at one time.
• Demonstrated ability to use workshop equipment such as diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to discuss and resolve problems.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, by analysis, diagnose, with accurate reporting with defined solutions.
• Excellent health.
• Current driver's license.
• Provide a safe working environment for all employees ensuring company OHS + E polices and procedures are complied to.
